Baby Sleepers

For a warm snuggly baby during the night, consider using baby sleepers. They are far safer than using heavy blankets and other forms of bedding that may cause your baby to suffocate.
Sleepers are a one-piece garment, usually with feeties - kind of cute actually, as you may remember you had one when you were a kid. The other name for a sleeper is a stretch-suit and you'll also find thicker and warmer versions of the sleeper that is normally referred to as a blanket sleeper. These one-piece warm up suits are perfect for chasing away the chilly night air as baby is sleeping.
If you want to color co-ordinate the sleeper with baby's room, you're in luck. They come in a wide variety of colors, styles and materials for all seasons and all reasons. So hey, if you dig the psychedelic pattern on the sleeper because it matches your carpet or wall, then go for it.
In most instances the baby sleeper will cover the infant's feet, but you do have a choice in this. If your baby doesn't like having his or her feet covered, then you can get a set of sleepers without feet. The one easy use feature all parents appreciate is the snaps at the legs for those easier diaper changes - well, as easy as they are going to be when Betty Boop there is squirming all over the place.
Make it a plan to have a variety of baby sleepers on hand year round for all weather occasions. Choose from light cotton for those hotter summer evenings or thick fleece for those winter months when you wished you lived someplace else. Sleepers are not just for younger babies. They are ideal for older ones and toddlers who sleep like they're conducting a boxing match and kick off the covers a lot.
