This is a blanket sleeper/pajamas from the 1980's...I know this because my daughter had some exactly like this.
They are made of a super heavy fabric of acrylic/polyester..

front, with snap tab at top of chest.....the tab is missing some
stitches for 1/2" at the bottom edge where it is sewn onto the
sleeper...easily fixable, if needed.
Ribbed cuffs and neck.
Tag
says size 1B 13-16 pounds, 23 1/2-26 inches tall, which I found a
conversion chart online says should fit size 0-6 months, but check
measurements below because it could have shrunk and sizes have changed
over the years.
This is blue and I am listing 2 larger size yellow ones...so check that out, too.
These are great for the winter months because of the heavy duty fabric...it is soft, too!
Some minor pilling on the ribbing.
It's very clean for being preowned and this old.... IT HAS BEEN WORN...but still very nice!
Measurements, while laying flat, are:
CHEST, ACROSS FRONT, ARMPIT TO ARMPIT...10.25"
SLEEVE FROM ARMPIT TO END OF CUFF...7.5"
INSEAM...5.25"
SHOULDER TO CROTCH...15.25"
